“An Ending Lady” is probably my favorite Art AI painting yet. I wanted a portrait but I don’t care for most of them. They’re usually too creepy, which is fine, but not what I wanted in a portrait. I liked her watery looking eyes. I’ve used the phrase “water eyes” often, so it was fitting for me. It’s the brightest painting too. It glows a little in nondirect light. After I bought it, I noticed the passing resemblance to Victorine Meurent from Manet’s “Olympia”, and I’d already thought that “An Ending Lady” sounded like an AI-made-up euphemism for a prostitute, so that’s the story I’ve given her. As much as I do enjoy looking through ALL the AI art by Art AI, I do appreciate the concept more than most of the pictures themselves, which is much more satisfying when there’s one that I really like.
