Shipping policy

We ship worldwide to the UK, EU, US, CA and AU.

Orders dispatch from the US, UK and AU depending on the customer's location, using a carrier service. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. 

Once your artworks have been dispatched you will get a tracking code from the carrier and will be able to track your order here.

If you have any questions regarding your order, don't hesitate to contact us.

Returns and exchanges

If your artwork(s) arrive damaged or are different to what you ordered, you may submit a request for a refund within the following 90 days. Send your request to support@artaigallery.com along with your order # and a photo of the issue.

We sell one of a kind artworks made to your specification, therefore, subject to applicable law, ART AI will not provide a refund if your dissatisfaction with the order is due to a mistake on your part or because you have changed your mind.

We start working producing the artworks as soon as we receive your order, so unfortunately we are unable to take cancellation requests.
